Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative in Salem. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and product recommendations while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires friendly, solution-based service and adherence to banking regulations. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, handling transfers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Must have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when needed; answer phones and process wires/stop payments.
• Open and close branch as scheduled and maintain customer privacy and professional demeanor.
• Regular, predictable attendance and adherence to policies.
