• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily and adhere to transaction limits.
• Provide solution-based banking services and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Open and close the branch as scheduled and ensure compliance with laws and bank policies.
• Represent the bank professionally and maintain customer privacy and confidentiality.
