Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for the River Rd, St George branch. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and opening new accounts, delivering friendly, accurate service and personalized banking solutions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, reliable attendance, and adaptability to changing priorities. Schedule: M–F 9:00–6:00, up to two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Six months of similar or related experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work with numbers and names.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and other transactions; balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Open and close branch as scheduled and maintain professional conduct.
• Comply with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
• Participate in training and Summit Progression Program.
