Job summary

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Logan branch. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments and opening new accounts, offering solution-based banking products to meet needs.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least six months of related experience, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable and timely attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile customer financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments).
• Balance teller drawer daily and maintain cash limits.
• Provide solution-based banking products and services per customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Open and close branch and complete required training and compliance tasks.
• Represent the bank professionally and adhere to confidentiality and policies.
