Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative at our Logan branch to assist customers with friendly, accurate service and core banking transactions.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, open new accounts, and explain banking products while upholding security and compliance. The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and strong customer service.

Formación

• High School Diploma.
• Six months of similar or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and other teller transactions.
• Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate to management when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and deepen relationships.
• Open and close the branch as scheduled.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations including banking acts.
• Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frames.
• Participate in Summit Progression Program to develop skills.
• Adhere to Altabank Core Values.
• Keep management informed of area activities and issues.
• Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality and customer-focused service.
• Ensure regular, predictable attendance and adapt to changing duties.
