Qualifications

• High School Diploma and six months of similar or related experience.
• Provide friendly, accurate and timely assistance to customers and potential customers.
• Recommend and explain banking services and products based on customer needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and gift cards.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer daily and adhere to transaction limits.
• Provide excellent customer service and deepen relationships by following established service standards.
• Open and close branch as scheduled.
• Comply with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
