Job summary

Altabank, a Glacier Bank division, is seeking a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our River Rd, St George branch. You will assist customers with transactions, open new accounts, and promote banking services with a solution-based approach.

Responsibilities include cash handling, problem resolution, and guiding customers through products while ensuring compliance and excellent service. Shift is Mon–Fri 9–6 with occasional Saturdays; full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Six months of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Provide friendly, accurate service and promote banking products based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash daily.
• Adhere to laws and bank policies and complete required training.
