Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for the Orem branch. You will assist customers with financial transactions, offer solution-based banking options, and help resolve inquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, managing the cash drawer, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards.
Maintain and balance cash drawer daily and adhere to transaction limits.
Provide solution-based banking services and products based on customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns within your authority and escalate when needed.
Open and close branch as scheduled and ensure compliance with laws and training requirements.
Provide superior customer service and deepen relationships with customers.
