The Focus Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking a friendly Teller to deliver high-quality member service through accurate, efficient financial transactions and adherence to Teller Procedures. You will greet members by name, process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and transfers, and promote credit union products while staying informed about policies and security.

Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling experience in retail or banking.
• Sales and member service oriented.
• Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy essential.
• Ten key calculator and keyboard by touch; good communication.
• Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome members, provide prompt, accurate teller transactions.
• Receive deposits, checks, cash, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Count cash at least 3 times to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with mail or email transactions when available.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and BSA procedures.
• Promote loans, debit/credit cards, checking and online banking.
