Job summary

Oklahoma Central Credit Union is seeking a friendly Teller for our Owasso branch who will handle member transactions, answer questions, and deliver outstanding service. This role supports deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining accuracy and trust.

You'll balance cash, assist with ATM/Cash Vault tasks, cross-sell products, and contribute to branch goals. High school diploma or GED required; Saturday availability preferred.

In your role as Teller at our Owasso branch, you will be responsible for handling member transactions and delivering outstanding member service.

In this role you will:

• Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money transfers and loan payments
• Identify and resolve member service issues
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions accurately
• Assist with Cash Vault, CDM and ATM functions
• Cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs
• Contribute to branch and credit union goals and objectives
• Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union's Service Promise.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

You're a friendly person, a great communicator, and you enjoy helping people. You are detail oriented and know how to stay focused while juggling multiple tasks.

You'll need to have:

• High school diploma, GED or higher
• A willingness to work Saturdays
• Previous experience working in customer service, teller experience or cash handling

Even better if you have:

• Prior financial institution experience
• Working knowledge of a computer
• General math aptitude
