Family Security Credit Union, Inc. is seeking a Teller to assist members and perform transactional duties with accuracy while delivering friendly service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and balance cash drawer daily.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 18+, basic PC and Microsoft Office skills, and at least one year of cashier or teller experience. You will greet members, promote credit union products, and maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Intermediate PC knowledge with basic Microsoft Office skills.
• One year of cashier or teller experience (within past five years).

Responsabilités

• Greet members and provide prompt, accurate teller transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after balance verification.
• Process mail, postings, and prepare items for branch shipment.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, policies, and robbery procedures.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies with supervision.
• Ensure teller station is stocked and ready for daily duties.
