Talentify is seeking a front-line member experience role on site in Owasso, OK that focuses on processing transactions and promoting Credit Union products and services. You will build rapport with members to identify needs and deliver accurate service.

The ideal candidate has high school completion, experience in retail or customer service, and a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, team-oriented approach. Compliance with relevant laws and policies is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service and cash handling preferred.

Mansioni

• Process member paying and receiving transactions and promote Credit Union products and services by identifying needs through building rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and fluently discuss them with members and guests.
• Participate in branch goals and set personal goals with supervision.
• Follow established policies and procedures and adhere to the Employee Handbook.
• Comply with laws including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC.
