Job summary

Communication Federal Credit Union seeks a friendly Member Service Representative in Tulsa, OK. You will deliver exceptional member experiences by processing teller transactions accurately and courteously, while cross-selling credit union products aligned with members' needs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in financial services or customer service, strong listening skills, and a proactive approach to service in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience with financial institution or in customer service environment required.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience and accuracy.
