Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• At least one year of cashier or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process transactions as noted.
• Greet and direct members and telephone calls to appropriate staff.
• Assist MSS’s with member service solutions as needed.
• Cross-sell all credit union services as appropriate.
• Identify member financial needs and offer products and solutions.
• Process cash transactions at the window and balance cash daily.
• Handle mail payments and deposits.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisors.
