Job summary

United Heritage Credit Union (UHCU) is seeking a Teller to join our Austin team. You will handle daily banking transactions with accuracy and deliver a high level of member service, focusing on the complete member experience.

You will promote and cross-sell UHCU products and services, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with teammates to meet branch goals. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to community involvement are valued at UHCU.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months cash handling and customer service experience within the last 12 months.
• Previous experience cross-selling products and/or services.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule; hours may change based on business needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and other daily transactions accurately.
• Provide exemplary customer service and engage with members to improve their financial well-being.
• Promote and refer credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced branch environment.
