UFCU in Austin seeks a Full Time Teller to process member transactions and build lasting relationships through attentive service.

You will greet members, explain basic products, perform account maintenance, and ensure accuracy while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm, with a collaborative team culture and opportunities for growth within the credit union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and process member transactions.
• Explain basic products and services and identify needs.
• Maintain branch appearance and professional demeanor.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process address, phone number, and email changes; maintain accounts.
