Job summary

UFCU in Austin is seeking a Full Time Teller to be the frontline for member transactions and service. You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and help members with online banking while building lasting relationships.

The role requires at least six months of teller or cash handling experience and customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We value detail-oriented, compliant team players who deliver great member experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance-related field may substitute for experience requirements.
• Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, provide service, and identify needs.
• Process transactions, cash handling, deposits, and checks.
• Explain basic products and services and resolve member questions.
• Maintain branch appearance and ensure compliance with policies.
