Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and explain basic products and services.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check handling.
• Maintain branch appearance and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Resolve member issues and answer questions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
