Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Teller I at our Manheim branch to handle daily cash transactions and provide exceptional customer service. The teller will verify cash, process deposits and withdrawals, and address basic account questions while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include balancing the drawer, processing checks, and referring clients for additional products as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in banking industry preferred.
• Experience handling cash and serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to accuracy and privacy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process withdrawals and balance cash drawer daily.
• Answer customer questions about accounts and services.

• Close accounts when requested and ensure proper documentation.
