Qualifications

• Banking experience preferred.
• 2+ years customer support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Experience with sales techniques or cross-selling/upselling advantageous.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when applicable.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with excellent typing skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
• Process transactions and deposit accounts, and handle routine account-related requests (transfers, AFTs, stop payments).
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues by collaborating with other bank departments as needed.
