Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Experience typing and data entry with basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite needed.
• Experience with sales techniques or cross-selling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in customers to address inquiries and provide information on products/services.
• Process transactions and assist with opening deposit accounts.
• Manage funds transfers, AFTs, stop payments, and check verifications when needed.
• Assist customers with ATM and debit card usage and questions on account activity.
