Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, currency handling, and balancing the drawer daily while adhering to bank policies and privacy requirements. Travel between branches (10–15%) supports staffing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
• Process withdrawals and cash checks with proper ID.
• Answer customer inquiries about accounts and rates.
• Refer clients to appropriate departments for other products.
• Balance drawer daily and follow bank policies.
• Travel between branches (10–15%) for development or staffing needs.
• Close accounts when requested.
• Assist with currency handling within teller drawer limits.
