Job summary

Redwood Credit Union in California is seeking a Part Time Member Service Associate (24 to 25 hours per week) to perform routine teller tasks and deliver outstanding member service to customers and community members.

The role focuses on cross-selling Credit Union products, accurately handling cash transactions, balancing cash drawers, and supporting branch operations while upholding confidentiality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to all Members and partners.
• Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs; cross-sell as appropriate.
• Establish basic products and services for Members and answer questions.
• Complete transactions accurately and balance cash per policy.
• Attend departmental meetings and support branch operations.
