Citizens Financial is seeking a Teller to greet customers, assist with simple transactions, and demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs. You will provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals and connect them with Bankers for next steps.

You’ll work within branch policies and cash handling procedures, while benefiting from a range of employee programs, including health coverage, retirement plans, and education support.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED completed.
• Solid customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers meet financial goals.
• Refer customers to Bankers for next steps when needed.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
