Qualifications

• Customer service and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with day-to-day transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash advances.
• Balance and maintain cash drawer accurately.
• Process checks, money orders, wires, and night drop transactions.
• Answer member questions in person and over the phone.
• Promote credit union products and services that benefit members.
