Qualifications

• Understanding of financial services regulatory policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote Members 1st and its services; support branch operations and processing.
• Educate members on products and services; balance procedures and end-of-day tasks.
