Qualifications

• Cash-handling, retail, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions accurately.
• Verify cash amounts, endorsements, signatures, and balances.
• Answer member questions in person or by phone with helpful guidance.
• Educate members about credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Protect member privacy following security practices.
