Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle deposits, withdrawals and cash orders accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the bank and assist with transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and coin orders accurately.
• Balance teller drawer daily and balance cash in ATM.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account questions promptly.
• Identify fraud indicators and help prevent potential loss.
• Meet ICP objectives and participate in trainings and branch meetings.
