Job summary

Florence Bank is seeking a Teller at our Amherst Office in Amherst, MA. The role handles customer transactions with accuracy, maintains cash drawer balance, and assists with branch support while following bank policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude in math.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Handles various customer transactions in a courteous, professional, and accurate manner, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Performs a variety of teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, cash advances, and issuing money orders and official checks.
• Operates and balances a cash drawer daily.
• Protects the confidentiality of non-public personal information while maintaining a focus on fraud prevention.
• Provides support to all branches.
