Job summary

Florence Bank in Amherst, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver superior service while building relationships with clients. The role opens and services deposit accounts, processes wires, and supports branch campaigns to help meet sales goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; additional courses or training preferred.
Minimum of two years of retail banking and/or Customer Service experience with demonstrated communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to changing technology.

Responsibilities

Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Opens, maintains, and services deposit accounts and ancillary services.
Processes domestic/international wires and notarizes documents as needed.
Supports branch campaigns and contributes to branch sales goals.
Assists in identifying and explaining banking products and services to customers.
