Job summary

Florence Bank seeks a Float Teller to handle customer transactions with accuracy and courtesy. The role is housed in the Main Office, Florence, MA, with travel to 13 branch locations as needed. Expect hourly pay in the $17.80 to $22.54 range, plus a compensation differential when traveling to locations outside the Main Office.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong math ability, and solid customer service and communication skills, with comfort using current technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude in math.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, professional customer service and accurate teller transactions.
• Balances cash drawer daily and processes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders.
• Operates night deposits and participates in ATM balancing.
• Travels between and staffs multiple branch locations as needed to meet staffing and operational needs.
• Promotes bank products and services and refers customers to appropriate associates.
