Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles customer transactions in a courteous, professional, and accurate manner.
• Assists Teller Operations Manager and coaches tellers to ensure efficient operation.
• Balances cash recyclers, handles audits, and processes currency transactions.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and BSA requirements; documents cash transactions.
• Refers customers to appropriate bank products and services.
