Florence Bank is seeking a Senior Teller in West Springfield. The role handles customer transactions, supports the Teller Operations Manager, and helps ensure efficient teller line operation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of teller experience, strong communication, and adaptability to evolving technology. Salary includes benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CFT or additional college courses preferred.
• Minimum of two years teller experience.
• Experience in a customer service-related position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions courteously, professionally, and accurately.
• Provide support to the Teller Operations Manager and act as a resource for tellers.
• Ensure efficient operation of the teller line.
• Assist tellers in balancing, resolving discrepancies, researching errors, and handling unusual transactions.
• Oversee tellers to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Assist in policy exceptions, overrides, and customer issue resolution.
• Prepare records for cash transactions over $10,000.

Education

High School Diploma or GED; CFT or college courses preferred

Two years teller experience

Customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
