Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and daily balancing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cross-selling ability.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, regulated teller environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process member cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer daily; investigate and report discrepancies.
• Sell money orders and negotiable items; transfer funds as directed.
• Explain services and cross-sell to meet member needs.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, and other regulations.
