• A high school education or GED.

• Grow member relationships by delivering positive experiences and deepening financial relationships.
• Explain loan options, gather data, evaluate creditworthiness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Greet members professionally and provide prompt service in person, by phone, or email.
• Collaborate with team members and follow standard procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
