Job summary

Veridian Credit Union in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a part-time Teller Service Representative to provide superior member service while handling transactions accurately and promoting Veridian products.

Under supervision, you will conduct deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and other requests, cross-sell services, balance cash, and uphold confidentiality. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail and Windows proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant experience in customer service and/or cash handling preferred.
• Math and clerical aptitude.
• Fluent with Microsoft Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Assist members with account inquiries and requests.
• Cross-sell Veridian products and services to members.
• Balance cash box and follow teller balancing procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow BSA guidelines.
