Responsibilities

• Connect with members and potential members to increase satisfaction and usage.
• Accurately process transactions such as deposits, payments, withdrawals, and checks.
• Listen to identify member needs and educate on credit union products and services.
• Demonstrate technology to members and help them use it.
• Perform miscellaneous operations per policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive, professional image of the credit union.
