Greater Iowa Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to deliver an exceptional member experience at our Denison branch. You will assist members with financial needs, promote credit union products, and guide them toward appropriate deposit and loan solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include handling teller tasks as needed, educating members on digital banking tools, and working closely with team members to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal and oral communication skills.
• High level of service orientation.
• Working knowledge of lending and depository regulations.
• Ability to present information with diplomacy and tact.
• Display interpersonal, networking, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyze and make recommendations from a credit report.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, or transfer items up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Grow member relationships by creating positive member experiences and deepen financial relationships.
• Assist members with loan options and complete loan applications; evaluate creditworthiness.
• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, email or written correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned; follow all regulatory requirements.
