Job summary

Greater Iowa Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor in Denison, IA to deliver exceptional member experiences, promote credit union products, and assist with teller transactions while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical consultative sales.

You will help members with financial goals, use digital banking tools, and support the branch team. Hours include Monday–Saturday shifts at the Denison location.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Grow member relationships by creating positive experiences and offering relevant financial solutions.
• Assist members with loans: gather data, determine creditworthiness and advise on best products.
• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, email, or correspondence; ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues; perform other duties as assigned.
