Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance cash and daily work accurately.
• Complete member transactions accurately in a timely manner.
• Apply critical thinking to recognize potential fraudulent activities and mitigate risks.
• Process night drop and mail payments.
• Maintain and balance ATM, cash, and coin machines.
• Balance vault daily.
• Open/close office procedures.
• Scan, process, and balance checks.
• Provide members with information about Ascentra's products and services.
• Attain satisfactory ratings of service referrals.
• Assist members with problems or questions and refer accordingly.
• Communicate with supervisor about goals and development, and take accountability for actions.
