Job summary

Columbia Bank in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a proactive Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, performing transactions accurately and in compliance with policies. The role requires occasional travel to cover branches within the geographic area and may involve on-site work at our Eugene location.

With 1 year of banking or customer service experience, you will support day-to-day operations, deepen product knowledge, and refer basic bank services to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking or customer service experience.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and support ATM operations and daily tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping cash and transferring funds as needed.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Refer basic bank products to appropriate partners.
• Stay updated on bank products and procedures.
