Position Summary:
Provides exceptional customer service and basic product information through transactions including savings, checking, and loan account transactions, as well as money orders and official checks. Establishes rapport, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and refers customers to appropriate business partners. The role requires the ability to float between multiple branch locations as needed.

Reports to: Assistant Branch Manager

Positions available: Full-Time and Part-Time. Flexible hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm; Friday 8:15 am - 5:15 pm; Saturday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm (rotation required).

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure comprehensive, prompt, and efficient customer service, including accurate processing of transactions and adherence to policies.
2. Assist customers with account maintenance questions both in-branch and via telephone.
3. Stay updated on bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
4. Promote bank products and services by referring customers to appropriate business partners and capturing interactions using PCV software.
5. Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.
6. Assist in daily branch operations and sales activities.
7. Maintain proper stock of forms and supplies at the teller station and branch.
8. Float between branch locations as needed.

Minimum Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of in-house training.

• Ability to recognize customer needs and refer appropriate products.
