Reports to: Assistant Branch Manager

Positions available: Full and Part Time. Flexible hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm; Friday 8:15 am - 5:15 pm; Saturday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm (rotational).

Position Summary

Provides exceptional customer service and handles transactions including savings, checking, loan accounts, money orders, and official checks. Establishes rapport, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and refers customers to appropriate partners. Must be able to float between multiple branch locations as needed.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure prompt, accurate customer service and transaction processing in accordance with policies.
2. Assist customers with account questions both in-branch and via telephone.
3. Stay updated on bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
4. Promote bank products by referring customers to appropriate departments, using PCV software.
5. Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.
6. Assist in daily branch operations and sales activities.
7. Maintain stock of forms and supplies at the teller station.
8. Float between multiple branch locations as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of in-house training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and computer proficiency.
• Ability to recognize customer needs for product referrals.
