Citizens Bank in Connecticut is seeking a Teller to greet customers in the lobby, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and help customers complete simple transactions with a focus on exceptional service.

You will learn Citizens products to provide personalized guidance and connect customers with Bankers for the next steps, while maintaining accurate cash handling and regulatory compliance. Hours may vary, and benefits include health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.

Responsabilités
