Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller to greet customers in our lobby and help them use the mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions. You will create positive experiences by listening to customers, offering personalized advice, and connecting them with Bankers for next steps.

You will follow all cash handling policies and state regulations while delivering friendly, efficient service. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings and thrives on teamwork and helping customers

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6+ months experience processing transactions.
• 1+ year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
