Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office balancing and security procedures.
• Greet customers, actively engage, and resolve concerns to deliver excellent service.
• Provide education on products/services and identify referral opportunities.
• Navigate bank systems and software to support daily operations while following policies.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled to meet branch needs.
