Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities to contribute to the office's sales goals.
• Assist customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Refer complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in balance processes for vault/ATM.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Complete required training and self-education using bank programs.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and digital offerings.
