Santander in Framingham is seeking a Teller to assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking needs, delivering prompt, accurate service and building trust.

You will handle cash and maintain a balanced drawer, educate customers on self-service options, refer product solutions, and participate in branch operations while adhering to risk and compliance policies.

Formación

• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months of demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures including compliance and risk management.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
