Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by greeting customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell bank products and deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Support custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area and assist in nearby branches as needed.
