Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6+ months cash handling experience required.
6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Ability to identify and escalate risk to appropriate channels.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and minimizing wait times.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers and handle cash with accuracy.
Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships and educate customers on digital self-service options.
Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work hours may include weekends and evenings in supported branches.
